In case anyone has been wondering where I’ve been...

     So I’m  not sure if anyone ever checks this blog to see if I’ve made updates or anything.  Obviously its been awhile since I’ve posted anything, because I honestly thought (Google ate it) I had deleted this one.  So I made another blog to replace it, and just found this one again the other day.  Since I’ve more or less been using the other one, I’m going to officially retire this blog for the time being. I don’t want to lose my old posts on this blog, so I won’t be deleting it.  I would just like to redirect everyone to the new blog https://dandelionwoods.blogspot.com

Photo's and Screen Shots

      So I've been really busy cleaning, and organizing lately. The Living and Dinning room's still look fantastic, and I recently repotted some of my house plants. I'll try to get pictures of those up soon. My bedroom has been the biggest undertaking so far. There are two reasons for this; (a) I'm not entirely sure what I want to do with my room and; (b) my options are pretty limited compared to my imagination. Now you'd think that certain restrictions would make this easier, but not in this case. I can't put up drapes because the hard ware isn't up already, and my Dad won't allow it to be put in. I can't paint or put holes in the wall either, but I consider this a lesser issue. One which is easily solved with pictures, posters, and command hooks. I hope to have pictures up soon.

      I have been doing most of my updating on  Facebook, Muzy, and Pintrest. I accidently created a Muzy account after my last update, but I have been having a lot of fun with it. Mostly it's because I'm such a visual person, and I have a hard time finding the right words to really describe what it is that I see. Speaking of visuals I have added some of my own Photography to my Photobucket albums. I've also been playing with them on Muzy, and let me tell you those edits are coming out really nice. I've also added some new Screen Shots to my Facebook "Story Albums". Still haven't been able to really start the actual stories for them yet though. All things in due time I guess, and I do have a lot of screen shots that still need to be organized.

Photobucket and Facebook

     Hello everyone, I want to apologize for my absence. (I have no idea who all is actually reading this, but still your patience is highly appreciated.) There has been a lot going on, and I needed to just focus on basics as much as possible. I know I have made different attempts to get going again, but those kind of came to fizzled ends. One project I tried to do was creating screen shot albums for my W.o.W. characters on Photobucket. It was a good idea till I got to wondering about potential copyright issues. After all I am just a fan of the game, not an affiliate. I think I have found a way around this issue though.

      One idea that I randomly just jumped into, was making a public Facebook page. I'm not exactly sure what I was thinking at the time, but it may just help with my screen shot problem. It also may have given me an even better way of creating and sharing fan-fic. stuff as well. It's a free space from which I can share my interests easily, and with out having to worry too much about copyright. I still plan on using Photobucket for editing, and storing screen shots. They just won't be viewable there. I will also continue to use Photobucket for my own works.

     There is another thing that I have been doing... sort of. At the end of my last post I created a "tag" list, which I labeled "Emotion/Thought Tags". I sometimes have a hard time getting my thoughts into full sentences, things just run through my mind so fast. So I'm trying to create these tags so I can get stuff out, without it getting too personal. Just something to help me focus. I hope to start doing Video blogs soon too, for those days when typing just doesn't work. :-P

     So I really want to show off some edited screen shots. That's actually part of the reason for the update.... Yeah I know I'm weird like that. Any ways here take a look.....

Time

     So much to do, and not enough time in the day to get it all done. At least that's how I've been feeling lately. It feels like I get one thing finished, only to realize that there are still about 50 other things left to do. Or  I get half way through something only to have to stop and go somewhere/do something else.

     Well I suppose that's enough complaining for today. I had an awkward schedule today, hence the stress filled intro. If you all haven't noticed I changed my "name", sort of. I made a new username, and am in the process of transferring all of my stuff from one account to the other. The old one was just too stand-offish, and had an "I hate the world" type of vibe. So I decided to give myself a friendlier tone, that isn't as likely to scare people away before they read what I have to say.    : )

      So there are a lot of adjustments going on in my life at the moment. For starters I began the process of switching rooms with my Mom. That has been a rather slow, and frustrating project. Thankfully my Mom doesn't use her room that much, so the slow progress doesn't affect her too much. That doesn't stop her from teasing me about it every now and again. Hopefully I'll get everything straightened out soon, as I'm also working on the sunroom as well.

     There is more that I could go on about, but I keep getting distracted. It is also getting late so I'm going to just stop here for now. Who knows maybe I'll have more time to talk/type tomorrow. Night

Change for the better, or just for the sake of...

     There have been a lot of changes going on with me, for the most part it has all been internal. I've been doing things that should have been done a long time ago, and trying to keep up with what needs to be done now. I'm also trying to get some things in place for the future. This has caused me to step back from working on this blog in the way I would have liked. So I'm using Google sites to create an "archive" for a lot of stuff that I've been wanting to put up but can never seem to find the right time for. I know I've got "Lore Fiend" that I should be working on, but I need to create some space for that. The best way to do that is to get all the stuff that I have been saving for blogs/sites up, and out of the way. I will continue to use the blog for updates and to showcase parts of the site, it just might be a bit before I'm on frequently. The site can be found Here.

Busy, busy, busy....

     Well things have been pretty busy around here. Mostly it's been all work and  part-time retail just sucks sometimes. I like helping customers, and I like the amount of hours I get but I hate midday and closing shifts. I feel like I can't get anything done before I have to rush off to work, and I'm to burnt out afterwards to do anything. Looks like I'll be in for another long week this week too. Hopefully things will slow down enough in the next couple of weeks for me to get other things done.
     On a brighter note I was able to get some work done on my Lore archive. Nothing extreme, just a few useful links. Still it's better than nothing at all. I'm still trying to figure out just how I'm going to do my "cultural study" articles. I would like to just start at the beginning with the titans, and go from there. It's not impossible to do, but I'd have a lot of digging to do, and that isn't exactly info that I need right now. I may just have to pick a race, an aspect of their culture and go from there. Well that's enough for me for tonight, so I will leave you all with a little something I found on a friends Facebook.

1. I think part of a best friend’s job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die.
2. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong.

17. I keep some people’s phone numbers in my phone just so I know not answer when they call.
18. I think the freezer deserves a light as well.
19. I disagree with Kay Jewelers. I would bet on any given Friday or Saturday night more kisses begin with Miller Lite than Kay.

21. Sometimes I’ll watch a movie that I watched when I was younger and suddenly realize I had no idea what the heck was going on when I first saw it.

31. Sometimes I’ll look down at my watch 3 consecutive times and still now know what time it is.
32. Even under ideal conditions people have trouble locating their car keys in a pocket, finding their cell phone, and pinning the tail on the donkey, but I’d bet my ass everyone can find a push the snooze button from 3 feet away, in about 1.7 seconds, eyes closed, first time, every time!

      I've seen it before and thought it was cute (especially that last one).

A new aproach....

     Awhile back I said I was going to write some "World of Warcraft" fan fiction. Well the process has begun, but I keep smacking into metaphorical walls. A lot of the info I need, (1) I can't find, or (2) has more holes than a block of Swiss cheese. So I've decided that there is only one way to truly solve this problem, by making my own "little" archive. :) I've already started making a layout for the site, which I will start filling with info when I have it pretty well established. It might take some time before it's ready, as I work every day this week. I also just got over a bad case of either food poisoning, or a 24hr flu bug. So don't expect to see anything too soon, but I will give updates for how things are going. I will probably put profiles for my characters into my archive to use as examples. That's all that I have for now as far as updates go.
